Prep Products

In order to get the most out of your paint job, it’s essential to have a great foundation. Sandtex’s prep products will help ensure longer lasting good looks and a pristine finish as well as helping with maintaining your beautiful home.

Ready Mixed Masonry Filler: Use this product for outdoor repairs to brick, render, stone and most other building materials before painting. Ideal for fine cracks and holes. For deeper cavities apply in layers of approximately 9mm.

Sandtex Fungicidal Wash: Use this product for the treatment of organic growth on exterior walls, paths and patios. Kills mould, algae and fungal growth.

Quick Dry Stabilising Solution: Use to prepare, seal and stabilise chalking and weathered surfaces before painting to get a smooth, flawless finish.

Masonry Paint products

Microseal Smooth Masonry: This Masonry Paint is dirt resistant, breathable and waterproof, using “microseal” technology to give unbeatable results. It is a smooth and creamy formulation that covers large areas quickly and can be applied by synthetic bristle brush, masonry roller or spray.

Fine Textured Masonry Paint: This formulation is specially designed to cover fine cracks that are often found in fine textured masonry surfaces. Again, this paint uses breathable “microseal” technology to give unbeatable results. Dirt resistant, breathable, and resists peeling and flaking.

Brickwork Waterproofer & Protector: This is a clear, silicone based, formulation for porous surfaces such as brickwork, render, pointing, concrete, stone and plaster. The product forms a water repellent barrier, protecting against the damaging effects of rain, frost, ice and snow. Dries to form a clear invisible coating on the substrate.

Trim Paints

Rapid Dry Plus: This formula is an advanced, quick drying, water based technology for exterior wood and metal with excellent flow for easy application. Available in two quality finishes: Soft Satin and High Gloss. Touch dry in 2 hours, recoat in 4-6 hours. This is an ideal option for when you need to get the job done fast but don’t want to compromise on quality.

10 Year Satin and Gloss: This special formula is solvent based and is great for transforming wood and metal surfaces while protecting them against the elements.  These advanced trim paints come in either a satin or gloss finish and offer 10 years of guaranteed protection. This formulation makes an excellent option when you want long lasting good looks.
